Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup crispy bacon bits

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Grill the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill them over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Once done, allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

Prepare the Wraps: Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Layer the Ingredients: Starting on one side of each tortilla, place ¼ cup of chopped romaine lettuce. On top of the lettuce, add a few slices of grilled chicken, a sprinkle of cherry tomatoes, and a tablespoon of crispy bacon bits.

Add Dressing and Cheese: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the layered ingredients and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.

Toast the Wrap (optional): If desired, place the wrapped tortillas in a hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side to toast them lightly. This adds an additional crunch and warmth.

Slice and Serve: Cut each wrap in half at a diagonal and arrange on a plate. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a large platter, arranged over a bed of extra chopped lettuce and cherry tomato halves for a colorful presentation. Drizzle a bit of extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
