1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Cut the ripe avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

    Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.

      Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides as needed to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
