Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 oz sliced turkey breast

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 cup shredded carrots

½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced

½ avocado, sliced

¼ cup hummus (your favorite flavor)

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Start by mixing the Greek yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, creating a tangy spread for the wraps.

Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface or a large plate.

Spread a tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla, covering it evenly.

Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the hummus, distributing it evenly across all wraps.

Add a generous handful of fresh spinach leaves over the turkey, followed by shredded carrots and cucumber slices.

Place a few avocado slices on each wrap, and if desired, sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese on top for an added burst of flavor.

Carefully roll each tortilla into a wrap, starting from one end and tucking in the sides as you go to keep the fillings secure.

Once rolled, slice each wrap in half diagonally for easier handling and a beautiful presentation.

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the wraps on a platter, cut side up, and garnish with extra spinach leaves or cherry tomatoes for a vibrant, colorful display. Serve with extra hummus or yogurt for dipping on the side!
