Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Juice of 1 lemon

Optional: Crumbled feta cheese for garnish

Prep the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-lock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

      Prepare the Grilling: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. While the grill is heating, toss the halved cherry tomatoes and torn basil leaves in a bowl. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.

        Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and let the excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken on the preheated grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown with grill marks.
