2 tablespoons tahini

1 cup brewed coffee (or espresso)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: cacao nibs or cinnamon for garnish

Begin by brewing your coffee or espresso. Let it cool slightly while you prepare the milk mixture.

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the almond milk, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk gently until the mixture is heated through and well combined, about 3-5 minutes.

      Using a milk frother or a whisk, froth the tahini-almond milk mixture until it becomes creamy and slightly foamy.

        Pour your brewed coffee or espresso into a large mug.

          Slowly add the frothy tahini milk mixture to the coffee, creating a beautiful swirl effect.

            Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup or honey.

              For an extra touch, sprinkle some cacao nibs or cinnamon on top as a garnish.
