Ingredients
  

2 tablespoons tahini

1 cup brewed coffee or espresso

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Crushed ice (optional, for iced version)

Instructions
 

Brew your coffee or espresso according to your preference.

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the almond milk and tahini until well combined and warm. Avoid boiling.

      Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well.

        If you prefer a frothy latte, use a milk frother to froth the tahini and milk mixture until creamy.

          Pour the brewed coffee or espresso into a large mug.

            Slowly add the tahini milk mixture over the coffee, gently stirring.

              For an iced version, add crushed ice to a tall glass, pour the brewed coffee over the ice, and then add the tahini mixture.

                Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired for an extra flavor boost.
