2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well blended.

      Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

        Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

          Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

            Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese to create a golden crust.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

                Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
