1 pre-made pie crust

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

4 large eggs

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it firmly against the sides and bottom. Trim any overhanging edges if necessary. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden, then remove from the oven and set aside.

      In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

        Add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture, and whisk until fully incorporated.

          Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
