Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed

1 banana, sliced

1 cup coconut milk (or unsweetened almond milk)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup granola

Fresh fruit slices for topping (e.g., kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)

Shredded coconut for garnish

Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the cubed mango, sliced banana, coconut milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Pour the smoothie base into a bowl, using a spatula to ensure everything is scraped from the blender.

Carefully arrange the granola over the top in the center of the bowl, creating a nice mound.

Artfully place the fresh fruit slices around the granola, fanning them out for an appealing presentation.

Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top and add a few mint leaves for a touch of freshness.

Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the cooling and tropical flavors!
