Fresh dill, for garnish

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Arugula or spinach leaves for added greens

Instructions

Begin by slicing the bagels in half and toasting them until golden brown.

Layer the smoked salmon over the cream cheese on each bagel.

Distribute the capers, red onion slices, and cucumber slices evenly atop the salmon.

If using, add a handful of arugula or spinach leaves for an extra crunch and freshness.

Garnish with fresh dill on top for a pop of flavor and color.
