The Mediterranean Delight Pizza is fresh and full of flavor. Start with pre-made pizza dough or make your own. Use 1 cup of tomato sauce as the base. Sprinkle 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella on top. Crumble ½ cup of feta cheese for a tangy twist. Add 1 cup of baby spinach and ½ cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Slice ¼ cup of pitted Kalamata olives and 1 small red onion thinly, then scatter them over the pizza. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of dried oregano and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 475°F for 12-15 minutes. 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade, if preferred)

1 cup tomato sauce

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone or a baking sheet inside to heat up.

    Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. If using homemade dough, stretch it out into a circle (about 12 inches in diameter).

      Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easy transportation.

        Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, followed by crumbled feta cheese.

            Distribute the baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and red onion evenly across the cheese.

              Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

                Carefully slide the pizza (still on the parchment paper) onto the heated pizza stone or hot baking sheet.

                  Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

                    Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
