Ingredients
  

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat up.

    On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape (round or rectangular) to about 1/4 inch thickness.

      Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easier handling.

        Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously across the sauce.

            Evenly distribute the crumbled feta cheese, olives, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onion on top of the mozzarella.

              Season the toppings with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza for extra flavor.

                Carefully slide the parchment paper with the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking tray.

                  Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

                    Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

                      Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
