Ingredients

2 packages (14.3 oz each) Oreo cookies

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup milk

Chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until you have stiff peaks. Set aside.

Mix Cream Cheese: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the milk while mixing until the mixture is creamy and lump-free.

Combine Mixtures: Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and smooth. This will be your cake filling.

Layer the Cake: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, begin layering. Start with a single layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom. Dip each cookie in milk for just a second to soften.

Add Filling: Spread a layer of the cream filling over the Oreos, smoothing it out evenly. Repeat with another layer of dipped Oreos followed by more filling. Continue layering until you end with a cream filling layer on top (approximately 4 layers).

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the Oreos to soften and flavors to meld.

Serve: Once chilled and set, cut into squares and garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos on top.
