1 cup all-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

4 large eggs

½ cup whole milk

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup evaporated milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

For the Topping:

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Grated dark chocolate or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Oven and Cake Pans: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add in the milk, instant coffee granules, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

        Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

          Bake the Cake: Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

            Make the Milk Mixture: While the cake is baking, whisk together the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cocoa powder, and instant coffee granules in a bowl until smooth.
