2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup homemade creamy yogurt dressing (made with plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a dash of Dijon mustard)

Optional: Whole grain croutons or toasted chickpeas for crunch

Prepare the Chicken: Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
