4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, honey, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade.

    Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring that the chicken is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are hot and ashed over.

        Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Discard the marinade.

          Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

            Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the chicken moist.
