4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

        Pour the lemon butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.

          Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

            Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

              Serve the salmon garnished with fresh lemon slices and additional parsley if desired.
