1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)

4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped into small pieces

1/2 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Optional: whipped cream and additional Kinder Bueno for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish or skillet.

    Make the Cookie Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

      Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.

        Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

          Fold in Mix-ins: Gently fold in the chocolate chips, chopped Kinder Bueno bars, and hazelnuts until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

            Assemble the Pie: Transfer the cookie dough into the prepared pie dish. Use a spatula to evenly spread it out and smooth the top.
