Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Herb Butter: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. If you prefer a stronger flavor, add an extra pinch of herbs or garlic. Set aside.

Sear the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, carefully add the steak cubes in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Sear each side for about 2-3 minutes until a nice brown crust forms.

Add the Herb Butter: When the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare is recommended), drop spoonfuls of the herb butter into the skillet. Toss the steak bites in the melted butter until they are fully coated and fragrant.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch. Serve the steak bites immediately, with toothpicks or skewers for easy eating.
