Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup special sauce (mix equal parts mayonnaise and ketchup, add a dash of mustard)

Instructions

Prepare the Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Shape the Burgers: Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Grill the Patties: Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start with a spoonful of special sauce, then add one cheeseburger patty, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced pickles.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll the bottom up to enclose everything tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Grill the Wraps: Wipe the grill pan with a bit of oil and place the wraps seam-side down. Grill on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the grill, slice in half, and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
