Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of romaine lettuce or butter lettuce (for wraps)

Optional: 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, and fresh basil.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour this dressing over the chicken mixture.

      Gently toss everything together until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning if needed.

        Carefully pull off individual leaves from the romaine or butter lettuce head, making sure they are whole and sturdy enough to hold the filling.

          Spoon the bruschetta chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf, ensuring not to overfill to prevent spillage.

            If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top for an added layer of flavor.

              Serve immediately for a fresh and light meal, or cover and refrigerate for up to an hour if making in advance.
