4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 avocados, ripe and pitted

1 cup fresh parsley, tightly packed

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, tightly packed

2 garlic cloves

1 small red chili, deseeded (optional for heat)

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
