Ingredients

2 cups seedless grapes (red or green)

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, based on preference)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Chopped nuts or coconut flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Grapes: Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. For best results, ensure they are completely dry as moisture can cause the chocolate to seize.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Coat the Grapes: Dip each grape into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer, ensuring it’s well-coated. Let the excess chocolate drip off.

Place on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chocolate-covered grapes on the sheet, leaving space between each one.

Sprinkle and Decorate: If desired, sprinkle lightly with sea salt or top with chopped nuts/coconut flakes while the chocolate is still wet.

Chill: Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens completely.

Serve: Once the chocolate is set, transfer the chocolate-covered grapes to a serving dish and enjoy!
