1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Boil the Cauliflower: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in the drained cauliflower florets into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the cauliflower and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.

            Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan evenly over the top. Then, add the panko breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.

              Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

                Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
