2 ripe avocados

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Start by slicing each avocado in half and carefully removing the pit. You can scoop out a little bit of the flesh if you want more room for the filling.

    In a medium bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil.

      Drizzle olive oil and half of the balsamic glaze over the mixture, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) to taste. Toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well-coated.

        Spoon the Caprese mixture generously into each avocado half, filling them to the top.

          Drizzle the remaining balsamic glaze over the stuffed avocados for added flavor and presentation.
