Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta (cavatappi or penne work great)

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken is ideal)

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on your heat preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken.

In another mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Whisk them together until smooth.

Stir in the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the creamy buffalo sauce mixture over the pasta and chicken, and mix gently to coat everything evenly.

Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and fold it into the mixture. If using blue cheese, add that in as well for extra flavor.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Top the pasta bake with the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 6

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the pasta bake hot, garnished with additional green onions and side servings of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
