Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, chopped)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup sugar (adjust based on berry sweetness)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until the berries are well coated. Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.

In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold cubed butter to the mixture. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, work the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the berry mixture in the baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berry mixture is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
