2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

5 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for extra flavor.

    Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).

      Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side, flip, and grill for another 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

        Prepare the Salad Base: While the chicken is resting, in a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped walnuts.

          Assemble the Salad: Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on top of the salad mixture. Drizzle any remaining balsamic marinade over the salad for additional flavor.
